Overview
Zoom's AI assistant, shown on Zoom's site as ZoomMate, works across your meetings, chats and connected apps. Before a meeting it builds agendas and gathers prep material from past conversations. During the meeting, My Notes captures the content and context, and afterwards ZoomMate handles follow-up emails, Salesforce updates and draft slide decks. Each morning it summarizes key projects and posts a to-do list in Zoom Chat based on your schedule and messages. It can send chats, schedule meetings and draft documents. It answers questions with citations from sources such as ServiceNow, Google Drive, transcripts and chats, respecting user permissions.
It suits MSPs reselling or running Zoom Workplace that want meeting notes and follow-ups automated.
