Tactical RMM is a source-available RMM used by MSPs and IT teams. It has agents for Windows, Linux and macOS, remote desktop through MeshCentral, a remote shell and file browser, script execution (PowerShell, batch, bash, Python and more), Windows patch management, automated checks with email, SMS and webhook alerts, scheduled tasks, software installs through Chocolatey, and hardware and software inventory. Role-based permissions and unlimited technicians are included. It can be self-hosted or run as a hosted instance; paid tiers add code-signed agents, Linux and macOS agents, single sign-on and reporting. Resellers can join its partner programme.
AI & Automation
Tactical RMM offers a public API for programmatic interaction with its features, allowing users to perform actions available via the web interface. It also provides a command-line interface (CLI) for managing the RMM system.
