Overview
NinjaOne RMM monitors, patches and manages Windows, macOS, Linux and cloud-based devices from one cloud platform. It patches operating system vulnerabilities and auto-updates more than 200 third-party applications. Technicians can run actions, deploy remediations and open terminal sessions in the background without interrupting users, or take direct control through one of four NinjaOne remote access options. Condition-based scripts detect and fix issues such as stopped services, missed reboots, open ports and missing applications. NinjaOne also includes a mobile app, a self-service portal where client end users get remote access, file restores and ticket management, and built-in IT documentation.
NinjaOne lists integrations with Microsoft Intune, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, Okta, SentinelOne and Bitdefender.
It suits MSPs managing anywhere from 50 to 150,000 endpoints that want patching, remote access and documentation in one RMM.
