Overview
Syncro combines RMM and PSA for MSPs, with automated billing and unlimited endpoints per technician. It can add Microsoft 365 security and identity management, AI-powered ticketing and advanced automation. Its AI features assemble each issue's history, past attempts and status into one snapshot before a technician opens the ticket, and triage and route incoming tickets by technician skill, availability and workload. A direct connection lets technicians use Syncro from AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot.
Syncro lists integrations with more than 50 MSP and business tools, including Microsoft 365 management, Microsoft Entra ID user sync, asset warranty tracking, CloudRadial and FreePBX.
It suits MSPs that want RMM, PSA and billing from one vendor with AI ticket triage built in.
