About
DaemonLayer is an AI layer between an MSP's ticket inbox and its PSA. It triages each request, identifies the client and user, gathers account, device and history details, routes the ticket and can carry out set tasks such as password resets. Fixes run through the MSP's existing RMM with approved scripts. It is built in the UK and hosted in the EU.
