Overview
SaaS Alerts for Microsoft Defender is an integration that brings Microsoft Defender for Endpoint alerts into the SaaS Alerts dashboard. Defender alerts appear in the same platform MSPs use for Microsoft identity monitoring, Microsoft 365 application monitoring and other apps such as Google Workspace, Salesforce and Dropbox, so security events across SaaS applications and endpoints sit in one view.
All alerts are consolidated for centralized reporting. The integration can automatically create tickets in your PSA system from Microsoft Defender events, which reduces manual work and noise and helps make sure critical alerts are not missed. It suits MSPs already using SaaS Alerts for Microsoft 365 monitoring who also run Defender for Endpoint for clients.
