You reach your dot through ChatGPT, Slack, Teams or a voice call, and it brings back finished work for approval, from investigating a bug reported in Slack to preparing and sending an invoice. Rolling out on ChatGPT Pro, Business Premium and Enterprise plans in eligible markets, with specialist dots for IT-provisioned identities and systems of record in preview.
