ControlUp for MSPs is the managed service provider edition of ControlUp's digital employee experience platform. It monitors and troubleshoots virtual desktops, physical desktops and applications, and runs automated remediation. MSPs get a multi-tenant console and license pooling across customers.
AI & Automation
ControlUp for MSPs supports AI agents through its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing AI agents to invoke product-specific tools and operations. This enables AI agents to perform context-aware actions without manual API integration, such as answering questions in plain language by calling relevant ControlUp tools.
