Overview
ConnectWise SaaS Backup protects clients' SaaS data from one portal. It covers Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Google Workspace and Salesforce. Data is backed up automatically to an independent cloud location, so it stays available even when the SaaS application is down. ConnectWise guarantees one backup a day and typically runs four to six. Retention defaults to 12 months and can be set anywhere from 30 days to several years, including different periods per data type. You can browse or search across all backed-up data to find items without loading multiple snapshots.
The ConnectWise Marketplace lists third-party integrations for the wider platform.
