Box Backup

IDrive offers backup services for Box cloud storage, securing important documents and files.

IDrive Box Backup is a third-party cloud backup service for data stored in Box drives, such as documents, presentations, contracts, images and videos. It backs up Box data automatically up to three times a day, alongside manual backups, and supports point-in-time recovery, incremental backups and granular recovery to protect against ransomware and human error.

Data is searched and restored from a central web platform with organization-wide visibility and control. Storage is AES 256-bit encrypted, and you can choose from seven storage regions across the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and Africa to keep backups closer to you. A version for personal Box accounts is also available. It suits MSPs whose clients keep business files in Box and need an independent backup copy.
