CyberDrain Only Warranties (COW) is a warranty asset management product from CyberDrain. It is built for MSPs but usable by anyone, and tracks warranty coverage across client devices with automated discovery, central tracking and proactive notifications.

COW connects to your PSA with a two-way sync and finds the hardware already recorded there. From then on it looks up warranty status, sends expiration alerts and produces client-facing reports. CyberDrain says COW comes with no upsells, no vCIO tooling and no hidden pricing: it focuses on warranty lookups for your fleet. Documentation is available alongside the product.
