Barracuda RMM is a remote monitoring and management platform for managed service providers, with a built-in security assessment tool. Barracuda describes it as a turnkey solution that covers security assessment, remote monitoring and management, task automation, automated patch management for Microsoft and other third-party software, integrated Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and cloud backup. You monitor and manage client networks from a central dashboard, schedule and automate routine tasks, and fix issues with more than 200 pre-built scripts. The security assessment gives an overview of each customer's security posture, so you can recommend services based on the results.

A free remote IT support tool handles hands-on fixes, and activity can be tracked through the PSA ticketing tool you already use. Reports are brandable, with more than 150 customizable templates you can schedule and share. Add-ons include SentinelOne Control and automated third-party patch management, both run from the RMM dashboard, and Barracuda also sells Network Operations Center and Help Desk services for RMM customers. It suits MSPs that want security assessment and patching inside their RMM.
