Overview
MSPintegrations' Zabbix integration turns Zabbix monitoring alerts into PSA service tickets automatically. In ConnectWise, each Zabbix alert creates a service ticket, and the ticket updates as the alert changes, so technicians always see current information. Critical alerts open tickets right away with an audit trail. Zabbix device monitoring can also create or update ConnectWise configurations in real time to keep asset records accurate. MSPintegrations also routes customer emails and monitoring alerts into Autotask and HaloPSA, using matching, extraction and routing rules that you define.
It suits MSPs running Zabbix that want alerts to reach their PSA as tickets without manual entry.
