When a UniFi access point or device goes offline, it opens a service ticket with the customer name, device ID and issue description, linked to the right company and configuration. When the device comes back online, it finds the original ticket and updates or closes it. When a UniFi controller needs a firmware update, it opens a ticket for the right company so the update is tracked.

MSPintegrations turns emails and monitoring alerts into routed tickets in Autotask, ConnectWise and HaloPSA using matching, extraction and routing rules you define, and has served MSPs for two decades.
