SonicWall's SonicSentry team handles expert configuration and firmware updates and monitors the firewall 24/7. You get alerts when a firewall goes offline or is changed locally, notices when firmware updates are due (applied at a time that suits you), and 30-day reporting and analytics. SonicWall also offers a Firewall Security Scorecard to check your configuration practices.
