About

Cove DRaaS provides Disaster Recovery as a Service with pre-recovered servers in a secure cloud for rapid failover, enabling businesses to resume operations quickly after an incident.

Overview

Cove DRaaS refers to the disaster recovery capabilities of N-able Cove Data Protection. Standby Image proactively stages a bootable virtual machine in VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V or Microsoft Azure to keep downtime low, giving business continuity similar to image-based products without the hardware.

One-Time Restore rebuilds a bootable VM from any restore point without first staging a recovery location, and recovery machines can be booted reactively in ESXi, Hyper-V or Azure. Restores can be orchestrated by workload priority, and P2P, P2V, V2V and bare-metal restores are supported. Hosted, automated recovery testing boots a recovery machine in N-able's cloud and captures a screenshot of the boot screen as proof. It suits MSPs offering DRaaS to cost-conscious clients.

Selling this to clients

MSPs both run this and sell it: you hold the console, the client pays for the seats or the service built on it.
